About

The FSU Seminole Club of NYC, Inc. is a not for profit, charitable organization that is part of a network of Seminole Clubs worldwide and is comprised of FSU Alumni, Boosters and friends in the New York metropolitan area. Our mission is to promote FSU and facilitate networking among FSU graduates, Boosters and future Seminoles in New York City and the tri-state area. We provide social events and networking opportunities as well as a conduit for members to connect with all aspects of FSU.

The Club’s official “game-watching parties” are always a lot of fun. The Florida State University Seminole Club of New York City, Inc. has a terrific venue at Saloon, and you will find many FSU fans there for every game. It’s the next best thing to being at Doak.

Our membership year runs from August to August. Membership for 2011/2012: For the 1st 2 games ONLY NYC ‘Noles membership will be $15 for 2011 Graduates and $20 for all other Alumni. Starting September 17th at the OK game the regular cost for dues will be reinstated ($20 for 2011 Grads and $25 for all other alumni).

The Seminole Club of NYC created The FSU-NYC September 11th Scholarship Fund in response to the attacks on 9-11. Established in 2001 and endowed in 2007, The Seminole Club of NYC was the first to establish a scholarship fund to pay tribute to victims of the 9-11 terrorist attacks. The fund, administered by The Florida State University Foundation, helps send qualified children to Florida State University, with preference to children of police officers, firefighters, first responders and other persons of uniform who perished on that unimaginable day.
